Question 1

How much does a consultation or quote cost?

Accepted Answer

The initial consultation and the quote are free. For security systems we usually visit on site so that the price is accurate.

Question 2

Am I allowed to monitor my property with cameras?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your own property generally. Public paths and neighbouring properties usually may not be recorded, and special rules apply to employees. We set viewing angles and privacy masks so the system works in a privacy-friendly way. This does not replace legal advice.

Question 3

Wireless or wired – which alarm system is better?

Accepted Answer

Modern wireless systems are encrypted, reliable and can be retrofitted without chiselling. For new builds or large properties a wired or hybrid system can make sense. We advise you based on your building.

Question 4

How quickly can you install?

Accepted Answer

We usually arrange a consultation within a few days. We install a typical camera or alarm system for a detached house in one day.

Question 5

Do you also support systems you did not install?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After an assessment we tell you honestly what can still be used and what should be replaced.

Question 6

How does remote support work?

Accepted Answer

You start a small program and give us a code. We only see your screen for as long as you allow it, and the connection is encrypted.

Question 7

Who owns the software you develop?

Accepted Answer

You. You receive the source code, documentation and access. Maintenance and further development are optional.

Question 8

Which languages do you advise in?

Accepted Answer

In German, English and Turkish – in person, by phone, via WhatsApp or chat.

Your building. Watched around the clock.
